After having spent many years at both traditional and virtual brokerages, the founders of New and Modern realized that brokerages charge far too much money for their license affiliation, and don't invest enough in building technology that actually makes their agents more money. While most brokerages offers some type of tools or systems to help agents "do work", they fall short of helping agents do two fundamental things. 1.) Build a fully-qualified buyer and seller pipeline. 2.) Sell and Close Faster!
